The exhibition will form an integral part of the conference making networking easy and providing you with access to all attendees.
To ensure maximum exposure for you, the exhibition will be the area in which all tea/coffee refreshments breaks will be served. The exhibition will be open from Monday to Thursday.
The space available will be 3mx2m, included in the price:
- 1 x 6ft table, tablecloth and 2 chairs
- 1 complimentary exhibitor pass, includes lunch, refreshments and access to the conference sessions.
- Your company name, contact details and logo and a 50-word summary will appear on the conference website and in the programme.

Conference Dinner – Wednesday 19 October 2024

The highlight of the social events will be the conference reception and dinner at the Roman Baths and Pump Room. As the main sponsor of the evening you will have the opportunity to brand the tickets and menus and display a 2mx1m pop up banner at the reception and entrance to the Pump Room.
Rates include VAT.
All sponsors and exhibitors will be acknowledged in the programme, the website and on the holding side during refreshment breaks
