Payment of Registration Fees
Full payment must be made by credit/debit card at the time of registering. Cards accepted are VISA, Visa Debit and MasterCard we can’t accept American Express or Maestro.
On receipt of your registration, a confirmation email and receipt will be sent automatically. If you have not received this within 5 working days of registering, please contact the Conference Organisers by emailing linda.canty@ioa.org.uk
Cancellation Terms
Cancellations made before 29 February 2024 will be refunded.
Cancellations from 1 March 2024 till 31 March 2024 are non-refundable unless there are extenuating circumstances.

REGISTRATION
The registration desk will be located in the Chancellors’ Building foyer area and will be open from 1600 till 1800 Sunday 16 June 2024, and from 0800 on Monday 17 June 2023 through to Thursday 17 June 2023 (during conference hours).
SPEAKER PREVIEW
You will be required to send your presentation in advance of the conference. If you have amended or updated your presentation you should bring your presentation to the Speaker Preview as soon as possible, at the start of the day or in any of the refreshment or lunch breaks. The Speaker Preview will be located in the Chancellor’s Building foyer.
BADGES
For security, please wear your names badge at all times. Your badge can be collected at the registration desk on arrival.
CERTIFICATE OF ATTENDANCE
Certificates of Attendance will be available to all delegates to collect at the end of the conference.
WI-FI
There will be complimentary Wi-fi available at the venue.
PHOTOGRAPHY, FILMING & MOBILE PHONES
Please note that all photography and filming is prohibited in any of the conference sessions.
Mobile phones should be placed on ‘silent’ during the conference sessions.
By registering to attend this conference you consent to your name and company to appear on the delegate list and for the IOA using any moving or still image of the event for any Institute business.
There will be a conference photographer talking pictures during the conference.
